What is Ankle Arthroscopy?

Ankle arthroscopy is a minimally invasive technique. Small incisions are made over the ankle and a fiber optic camera is used to view the interior of the ankle. Removal of loose bodies and joint debridement are the most common reasons to have this type of surgery.
